TUGAS 2 (B.INGGRIS BISNIS)

Man     : Right, lets start. The reason why I am here today is to discuss how we can improve our customer service. As you’ve seen from  my email we’ve had too many complain in the last 3 month. First of all, lets look at sale staff. Customers said they’re rude and they don’t know anything about our products. Jane lets says your idea.
Jane     : Well I think we should change the profile offer a sale staff. I dont feel we should employees so many young people. Because they dont know how to deal with customers.
Gaston : I dont agree. All we need to do is give us self staff a fixed training before they started.
Man     : How do you feel about that, Austin ?
Austin  : I agree with you, Gaston . A training course will teach us self staff  how to deal with customers as well as giving them some information about the company. They will be happier in their jobs and so they will be more applied to customers.
Man     : I think you’re right, Austin. Okay, so let’s move on to a refund policy. Customers  save complain that’s two streak and we’ve lost a lot of business recently. What do you think, Gaston ?
Gaston : Personally I feel we should give all customers and money back if they’re not satisfied with their purchase.
John     : I don’t agree at all. I think wouldn’t expense. I don’t think we should give refund to customers if they cant produce our received.
Gaston : Well, perhaps we should exchange the product if there is no received. Do you agree?
Jane     : Yes that’s sounds better.
Austin : Yes that’s much better.
